Human Resources (HR) are handled by department. Individual department heads administer and oversee all personnel and employee service programs including recruitment and hiring, employee and labor relations, employee benefits and compensation programs, training and development, and safety and risk management efforts.  Questions of an HR nature should be directed to the department head of the individual office.
